WinFreeContests is a site offering sweepstakes people can enter to win a prize. You agree that
you are from the United States, or Canada and that you are 18 years of age, or older.
You agree that you may only be allowed to enter one time to any of our contests, or offers. However,
we may, or may not require that, but reserve the right to. If you previously signed up
to one of our contests depending on how long ago that was you may,
or may not be allowed to re-enter, or enter a new contest.

You agree that should you sign-up to other offers, while entering our web site to take responsibility for anything that you sign-up to including unsubscribing yourself.

The information WinFreeContests collects is your email address, address, country, dob, and zip code, and other questions you may fill out, while signing up.
Any question marked with a red "*" next to it means it is a required question. We need at least your address to send you the prize should you be the winner.
While, signing up to WinFreeContests you can opt in to other newsletters, or special offers. You can opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions should you subscribe and later wish to unsubscribe.
You agree that leaving the check box checked to any newsletter, or offer you see will sign you up to that newsletter, or offer. You agree should you wish to unsubscribe yourself from any newsletter you

Use of Collected Information - Information is collected by the advertiser and is the sole property of the advertiser and is shared only with the advertiser. Each advertiser individually controls what is done with the information collected. We host, or list ads on behalf of our clients.

A user's e-mail address could be automatically logged in when they revisit the site and they do not have to reenter profile information with certain advertisers. After doing so we will request on your behalf that you be unsubscribed from those newsletters that you have forwarded us. You agree that e-mailing us is "not" the unsubscribe instructions for any newsletter and is only to be used as a way of communication if you are having trouble removing yourself after following the unsubscribe instructions of a paticular newsletter, or if you wish to remove yourself from the contest and not a newsletter, or offer. We have "no" control over non newsletter offers and you agree to follow each newsletter, or offers unsubscribe directions this ussually is found at the bottom of each offer, or newsletter.
Correct and Update Information - Information for entering our sweepstakes can be updated by contacting WinFreeContests either through e-mail, newsletter or postal mail. All changes may be sent by sending e-mail to webmaster@winfreecontests.com
